Midas Bradford provided excellent service for my vehicle. They efficiently handled my safety certification, tie end rods replacement, catalytic converter bolt replacement, tire swap, and alignment. The team was professional, thorough, and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them for any car maintenance needs.
Two reasons for 2 stars, first, the guy unfortunately broke one of my $40 parts, trying to figure out how to put it in. Second, it was in total about an hour job, but between the breaks, the walking around and the doing other jobs, I got charged for 2hrs at $155/hr plus of course the useless government tax bringing me to over $350. I expected a $200 bill, that would have been reasonable, if no parts were broken. I even mentioned one of my parts was broken during the work when I was told the amount. Visiting from the US, and ended up having a slow leak due to a puncture. Went to Canadian Tire first, they weren’t friendly at all and said it could be days for them to look at tire. Wanted the tire fixed or replaced before we had to drive 12 hours home. The guys at Midas were super friendly, they ended up fitting us in, finding the tire had a puncture and was repairable.
