Can't get a reply from them for an estimate. Asked 3 times. I'm done. I dealt with Newmarket location for years with AL Martin and family. Seems there was a situation in the office that emails were not being answered. Craig and Arvi both reached out to me and apologized for the misunderstanding. I give 4 starts because I requested an appointment between 10 am and 12pm. But, I was booked for 1pm. Had to go and come back. Their online booking system should "flag unavailable" if there are too many bookings pending for approval at specific time slot. Other than that, as soon as I cane back for service. They were quick in taking my vehicle in for oil change service and it was done quick. Plus they checked all fluids and quick inspection overall.
