Worst service ever....for a simple oil change they charged $75.00 using the poorest quality oil.....they did not even bother to put an oil change sticker on the car.....did not rotate tires as per oil change deal....took 15-20 mins of consult by the so called "experts" to conclude my car did not quality for a tire change. Extremely poor quality service by inadequately trained and incompetent staff!.
I called on Monday morning to make an appointment for the following day at 1 pm. I asked the tech on the phone how long it would take to just have my rear brakes done he said an hour to an hour and a half. On Tuesday I went to the appointment at 1 pm when I got there and got the estimate I asked how long it would take he told me an hour to an hour and a half so I said ok....
