Mary and Ed provided great customer service. Ver Welcoming. Notified me of the different services the ship provides.
The staff was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They greeted me with a smile and was very professional. I was checked in 5 minutes after my arrival. I was offered complimentary coffee and cold water. My experience was Awesome. Thank you so very much. I will be returning back.
A lot faster than I was expecting, friendly customer service! The lobby was hot but they had a fan to keep us cool, stuff happens!
My oil change process was amazing. This was my second time coming to Midas and the customer service is amazing. Scheduling the appointment was a quick process and i definitely will be returning.
