Purchased a Groupon for an oil change and made an appointment for 10:30am on a Tuesday. I arrived slightly late, but they had no one cars on the dock at all so surely this wouldn’t be a problem. WRONG! The guy told me that because I purchased a Groupon, I would have to reschedule the appointment because I was late. BUT- if I paid them directly in the store, they could take me. All I'm gonna say is ..... Don't go there expecting to use your Groupon WITHOUT making an appointment.....EVEN THOUGH there were no Customers AND we stood outside for 20 min looking for another oil change place nearby AND STILL no Customers came. The Groupon DID say make an appointment but it was AFTER we purchased the Groupon!!!!!

Edit: came back to this place and my second experience was disappointing. My engine light randomly turned on on the way. They quoted me $1000 to replace the thermostat and sender. I went elsewhere to get a second opinion, and they found a hole in the coolant tube. They fixed it for free. Shame. Great experience! Quick inspection and oil change did not try to upsell me unnecessarily. Honest. Got me in and ready for pick up same day!
Alex was very helpful. He was very quick and efficient. A very nice guy. He changed my battery in a very timely matter. I recommend him to everyone.
