I took my car in for an oil change on Monday October 6th after school. As I get out of my car a big white guy (whom I assume was a manager of some sort) approaches me in the parking lot and angrily ask me what I needed. I told him I was there for an oil change.At this point I’m already confused because he was upset that I was there. Then I go in and pay for my oil change while they are attending someone else. I had to bring back my vehicle no less than 3 times after getting NEW Front Discs and Brakes. As soon as I drove it off the shop and went around the block, they started squealing. I returned right back to the shop and asked if the car had been test driven before I picked it up. The service manager was told Yes. The lead mechanic (a tall Black man) who worked on my vehicle hopped in the passenger seat. Not half a mile down the road, when he realized what was making the noise, i.e. he didn't test drive it.
