Very welcoming front desk stuff Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They take care of you. Seats are very confortable and the job is well done as always .
Paid $150 for the Premium Package, but they skipped half the services. No digital inspection report, no tire rotation, and they didn't even top off the windshield fluid. Save your money.
The Brockville midas company car attempted to cut me off in Orleans, Ottawa. Go back to Brockville buddy. Thankfully my competent, strong, muscled, crew chief finger wagged him and did not let him in. This resulted in the driver and his companion both making a rude hand gesture very aggressively. Not impressed with that customer service. Now I don’t live in Brockville but I can tell you this - if I’m ever in Brockville I will NEVER be paying for Brockville Midas’s services. Fast and professional, can't ask for more.
Booked on oil change two days in advance for 12 for today stating we had a 1992 vw camper van. All good we have a deal 70 dollars great. Took 3.5 hours to complete because they didn't book correctly and needed to use the hoist that was busy. Ok fine mistakes happen. They did not have the correct oil filter, luckily we had our own they could use, again ok. They did not use covers on the floor and got grease on our car matt's and carpet.
