On our way to Quebec ( Aug 20) our Hyundai Tucson developed a rubbing sound under the motor. Pulled into Midas Brockville. Their technician advised it was a plastic board to discourage owners doing their own oil changes that had worked loose. It was a simple fix and was resolved very quickly. They refused my attempt to pay them. I was impressed by their honesty as they could have charged at least half an hour door rate. My wife and I were greatly relieved. Worth 5 stars in my book. Thanks guys.
