Good communication, do not feel pressured
My Escalade failed because of the front lower ball joints, their estimate was ridiculous. Got the ball joints replaced somewhere else and bought my truck back in for reinspection. They charged me $61.20 for rear license plate bulb on the left side, part was $9.99 which is fair but $50 to change a bulb is outlandish.
