The Service Manager, Gina and her team was determined to get the replaced A/C fixed right. The one thing we all hope for is making it right… Thanks Midas, where others have failed, you made it right!
I normally love the service I get here, but my last diagnostic missed the mark on my AC issues. I spent money for repairs that did not solve the problem and was told to take my vehicle back to the manufacturer. I spent over $800 and wasted time. The next mechanic will likely need to repeat the work they e done as part of the repair at my expense...plus charge me for another diagnostic. The service and the labor prices here have changed drastically; it's not adding up.
