The new owner's as of 2013 have completely turned this place around! They are very professional, and treat every customer with the upmost respect. I am so satisfied with Midas, I will never take my car anywhere else. You can trust all the work they do, as well as the price they give you. I encourage you to give this place a shot if you haven't already been there!
Brought the car in for an inspection to find the source of a very loud buzzing noise that I figured was a a bad belt, pump, or brakes. They found a rock lodged where it was rubbing against the rotor and told me no charge. While sitting in the lobby I saw them give another customer the choices between a cheap loud muffler and a pricier quiet one and seemed very fair. Paul Sr, and Paul Jr, are honest business men. I have taken several personal cars and business cars to their shop and they have always done the work quick, not tried to throw in extra work to build up the price if you really don't need the repair. I recommend them to my friends. I am OCD about my vehicles also.
Wow, haven't seen a car service shop like this since I ran my own shop, 16 yrs. ago! Can u say customer service! Fixed my Lexus ls430 that sounded very loud. They reinstalled the right catalytic's the right way, now nice & quiet! Back to normal. So impressed w the family staff from the owner Joe, extensive expert knowledge, great tech Ryan & think Mgr. Unbelievable service! Todd, the Manager, matched a quote from another repair shop and cost less than 1/2 of what the dealership quoted me. But beyond that, the techs were knowledgable, service was super fast without an appointment and the experience was great. I'm a woman and would recommend this Midas to other woman, for a deal and service you can trust. Thanks Todd, I'll be taking be taking both of my cars here for service!
This place is great! I highly recommend them. I brought my car in and once they had assessed the problems, they took me back and actually showed me the issues they found. They also showed me on paper everything that needed to be done, and then separated it by what was essential and what could wait. During this time, the employee helping me found me some coupons online which saved me even more money. I really appreciated their honesty and quality work. 5 stars!
