Friendly and professional staff with no wait even on a Saturday late morning. Appreciated the person ordering replacement parts spending time to hunt down the best deals for me, despite being so busy he wasn't able to have his breakfast yet.
I had a 9 am appointment today and the reception team took me right in. I explained my concerns and they informed me that they needed to inspect the concern. After 25 minutes they informed me they could repair my tire. However, they observed a slight wearing of the tires and suggested an alignment. They did not push the service but allowed me to make the decision. I agreed and they performed the service. When I paid my bill, to my surprise, the performed a number of inspections. Trust + Honesty... I wanted to share a great experience I had at this location that started with honesty. My mother's very old car needed its yearly inspection, and I also thought it needed an emissions test. Not only did the gentleman that helped me tell me what was needed, he also taught me about the rules for emissions tests in the state of Virginia as it relates to the age of the car. I am always appreciative when I go to a mechanic that I feel like I can trust. My mathematic equation is Trust = Loyalty
