Booked an appointment with them over 24 hours prior. When I arrived at the location I was told by the manager, “yeah, I don’t know why the call center booked this appointment time (4:30pm)—I have to be out of here at 5:00pm and I’m not going to take you”… He told me he saw that I had an a 4:30pm appointment when he opened that morning… I asked WHY didn’t he CALL ME to notify that he was canceling my appointment?? He didn’t have an answer, he just said “I can schedule you for tomorrow”? DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Horrible cust... read more
