I went into Midas for an oil change and Joe made the experience exceptional. He offered to get my car inspection done and I didn’t even realize it was expiring in a few days. He also gave me a clear breakdown of things I should begin to consider getting fixed on my car. He broke down which should be priority. Great service and will definitely visit Midas for future appointments.

Joe is absolutely an amazing representation of Midas. He’s helpful, articulate, understanding and very upbeat at 730am in the morning. If you’re looking for quality customer service, don’t go to the other guys, go to Midas. I went for a new tire!
