This was about 3 weeks ago but I knew sooner or later I needed to get on here about my experience! They over charged me for oil change and store manager refused to take a Midas discount coupons from me. He told me that he doesn't accept coupons and won't do services for free beside speaking with me in inconvenient way. But the front disk employee was supportive and gave me a useful information about my car.
Put the exhaust on in feb 2020. Within a week the tip fell off and a hanger broke. The exhaust was installed in a bind. Finally, it sheared off the intake port on the muffler. Terrible job. When I informed the owner with email including pics, he said he didn’t see anything wrong with it and refused to give me my money back and advised me to take it up with Midas Corporate
