Being from out of town I didn’t know where to take our 22 Cadillac with what appeared to be an oil pan gasket leak, so I called local Chevrolet dealership and was told $150 to determine what was going on…no thanks! So, I asked my neighbor and he said the guys down at Midas on Willow are great to work with. So I did just that. Eric Henry was the young man I talked to, very personable, friendly and found out as honest as the day is long. Cookeville Midas has earned my business for good. The staff is professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never pushed unnecessary work. The service was fast, the pricing was fair, and the quality was excellent. It’s rare these days to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys deliver every time. Highly recommended.
I've always used backyard mechanics but this place has kept me from having to pay to get the same things fixed over and over very friendly and super helpful staff Roger is one of the best managers I've ever seen in any store! Thank you all so much it's really nice to know there are trusted mechanics out there and I couldn't appreciate it more!
