Had an oil change completed at the new Big O Tires, they were very friendly and professional. They performed a detailed inspection of my vehicle. Which I found very helpful and informative. I will continue to get all my services preformed here.
I usually do not have any issues with big o tires. I love there service and quality of work. I came in to get my work truck serviced. I have wheels for the claim provider. Iv taken my truck to several other big o's with no issues. Unfortunately got denied. Hopefully as the company gains more experience they will look into learning more about fleet vehicles and there repair vendors.
