Horrific customer service. Made my appt online, had me select the 9am-10am, i arrived at 9:07, no one was at the front desk. I could hear people laughing and talking somewhere in the back. I kept saying, hello, anyone there? There was a big sign on the door saying customers are not allowed in the bay area, not to enter. I waited until 9:25 and a lady came out. We have had Jason and his people service multiple vehicles for many years at the Big Beaver/Dequindre rd location. They have always taken care of us and we keep having service work done here. Highly recommend him and this shop.
