Oil change was great. But be aware that the guy in front desk tries to scam my gf, he told us that the total is 107, and we're like WTH? We just called and another guy confirmed it's 52 with synthetic oil. Then we ask if its the sale, and then he come telling us "oh i just put it on the system, let me check again." With his joke face. Took a minute then he said oh "57, half of it" kept laughing. Like what? Just because
Jonathan was so helpful when i came in begging like a beggar needing help with my tire! and while i was sitting there i witnessed him go above and beyond for every person who came in!
Friendly and thoughtful staff. Competent and timely work. Would go again.
I was in Boston from out of town when I had car trouble. The staff, especially Jonathan, could not have been more helpful in getting me get back on the road. I'll never forget their kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me. It was hands-down the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop!
