Rick and Chris did a great job of keeping me informed about what was going on. The team found the problem and the repairs were done in the time they said. It's fixed and I'm happy it's fixed. High five to your Westboro team.
Had a good experience taking my Totota Sienna for an oil change and getting a run down on the services it needed including changing passenger door cables and flushes needed. I appreciated the transparency and timely turnaround
I went to the Midas in Auburn for an oil change, but they told me they didn’t have the oil my car needed and couldn’t get it done. I left frustrated, but I decided to call the Midas in Westborough and spoke with Rick. He told me they’d take care of me and he absolutely did. Rick and his team went above and beyond, got me in right away, and made sure everything was handled the right way. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and customer service.
I would love to thank Rick so much for his business he made our day so much better we had went to the auburn location and they said the oil change was gonna be more expensive then what it says online and We called westbrough Midas and Rick was very nice and understanding!! Couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with!!
I called early morning while stuck in the rain with a flat tire. Rick was friendly and invited me to come in. Rick greeted me when I arrived with a big smile and was expecting me. Chris came out from the garage & let me know he was pulling my car in now! they both were knowledgeable and very helpful. I was out of there in less than an hour. Chris and Rick were excellent and I will be coming back to Midas Westborough
