So I had major car issues that I did not realize I had until I went in for an inspection sticker. It was a Saturday afternoon, so I brought my car to Midas for a second opinion and to see if they could do the work required. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone the manager Rick Molina was great. He was honest and open In regards to what could be the issues once I brought my car to him I was well taken care of. Rick and his team were amazing, I dropped off my car and it was ready in less than 24hrs. They worked diligently on the car and kept me appraised of every steps being taken. Thank you Rick and the Midas team!!!!!
As soon as I had my 1st conversation with Chris I knew I was in good hands. He had a very trusting and professional way about him. Then I spoke with the manager, Rick, who really knew what he was talking about. Bottom line is that we needed a lot of work on our 2008 Lexus RX.
