We walkin without an appointment. Will who was at the front desk was with another customer, who appeared to be happy with his incounters with Will and Midas business. So I was excited after having a couple of bad customer service with dealing with car service. But Will made us feel not only welcomed but safe to do business with Westborough Midas. I looking for with all my car needs Thank you for having the a great person like will to represent your store. I truly want to hank Will for taking car of us.
Will has great customer service. He explained everything right. He took care of my car issue promptly. He is knowledgeable.
The company's auto repair service is excellent. I am uncertain whether Midas Corporation sets the pricing, but their fees appear to be higher than your typical small business owners. More like dealership rates.
They have been a bleeding from God. Rick took amazing care of my mother and my boyfriend. I would recommend them to anyone needing service!!
