I do not live in the area, but was there for work. I procrastinated about getting my break pads replaced and it very quickly became an expensive mistake. I realized this location was right near my work, so I stopped by to explain what I needed done (oil, pads, and at least one rear caliper). The manager in the front and the other staff were incredibly friendly. My family went in to the Midas location in Westborough recently and were extremely pleased. My brakes were making some awful noises. The team Brian and Chris were amazing. Not only did they get my family vehicle in quickly, they were able to determine the cause of the noise and fix it within a few hours. I highly recommend this Midas to everyone. I will always use this location anytime I am in Mass.
I need to get an oil change this morning and called the usual Midas in the Auburn that I go to. They were booked up today and the two other days they had available I was not available. I called the westboro Midas and got Chris the assistant manager who said absolutely we have several bays open come on down we'll take care of you.
