I came into Midas for engine light on. And the gentleman Jonathan. Started my car 2 times and the light disappeared. So it was recommended to me that I just get an oil change sooner than later. I guess he does have the Midas touch haha. Very happy not paying a fortune that I can’t afford cause had another incident 3 weeks ago with my car so thank you Jonathan for being professional and pleasant to deal with
I made a Saturday 8 a.m. appointment at Midas in Westborough because an appointment should mean there’s a reserved slot for my car. Instead, even after being told I’d get a call once it was diagnosed, I never got that call. When I followed up, I was told there were many cars ahead of me, which defeats the point of having an appointment. When I came back around 3:40, my car was still sitting in the same spot. Wonderful experience. Very friendly, helpful in giving their input, upfront customer service. Though could not complete the sticker services due to computer down, but provided the complete report.
Wil was amazing worked with us all the way through was fast and efficient, I definitely would recommend him he made this so much easier than I had originally expected
