Awful! DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE! I have been going to this location for years. Something changed, I'm not sure but probably new ownership. The customer service is awful. The folks at the front desk have no idea what they are doing and can't answer basic questions. They increased their prices for oil changes. They told me I needed a new valve cover gasket and quoted me $600! I called Klein Honda and they told me it would cost $195 out the door. Obviously I declined their work. STAY AWAY! BE AWARE!!!!! This shop is terrible! I used them multiple times. My exhaust system they installed fell off twice in 2 months. Had to get it repaired somewhere else after being stranded in Idaho broke down! They schedule you in, then 5 days later I had to pick up my van because they were just sitting on it not working on it. The big Boi manager up front won't stop talking! But never dies work. All the guys constantly hang out in office while 900 cars are parked all over the property.
