Brought car in for oil change and flat repair. Get it back and a wheel/pulley missing from the serpentine belt route. Take it back next day and manager says, Oh it must have come off after driving it off our lot. General manager, Roger, floats same crazy theory. I had to replace the part myself for $25 and these tightwads won't even consider that. Unbelievable arrogance and the customer service number?
