New Ownership, New management, New Midas Experience I've been a customer here before but was not happy with the service. I received a postcard that said new management and figured I'd give them another try. I was happily surprised to find that it was a totally different experience than before. Rick and James were awesome, very polite, friendly and honest guys who made me feel like they truly cared about me and my car not how much money I had in my pocket.
Overcharged service I made the mistake to trust Midas Bethesda MD with replacing the alternator of my Toyota for $950 to find out later that Toyota itself would have replaced it for $550. I don't recommend Midas Bethesda because of their overpriced service.
Beware! I took my vehicle to this shop for a brake job. They seemed friendly and helpful, tried to "sell" me on a few extras, but repair shops will often do that. The problems started when they "finished" the job--there was new noise that wasn't there before, and when I returned they told me I just needed to regrind the rotors to fix the new noise.
