Took my truck in for an oil change and they tested my battery for me because they just do that apparently. After leaving the shop my truck wouldn't start again because someone had loosened my battery cables so they weren't making connection. When I called the shop to complain I was told that they did test my battery but didn't loosen the cables, so the battery fairy must have come along and loosened them.
