Setting up my appointment was hassle free and went well. The technicians were courteous behind the counter when interacting with me. However, I brought my vehicle in because my car rattled when I applied the brakes, which to me meant rotors. I said as much when setting up the appointment and when I dropped it off. When my car suddenly started identifying as an Apache attack helicopter these guys were the only ones who would see me at 9 am on Saturday. I was in and out in under 15 mins and since it was literally one little loose hose they didn’t charge me for the trouble. Gotta say everyone in the shop was friendly, took the time to listen to me as I frantically rambled on about how scared I was and even cracked jokes to help alleviate my stress. Will be coming here from now on! Thank you
Dave is a master exhaust guy wich is hard to come buy these days. Put a flowmaster on my Cadillac becuase im wierd like that and did a top notch professional installation and they also did the front end on my old one ton dodge. Now it rides lime a brand new truck!
You guys got lucky by getting even the one star. This is the most shittiest experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not too long ago, I stopped in with a problem, after a quick checking they said to make an appoint. Last week I called, made an appointment, got there and they gave me the free check inspection. After all, hoses, timing belt, tires, brake pads on front, brake shoes on back, flush of brake fluid and alignment were all problems. My timing belt is a damn chain, doesn't need replacement, hoses are all... read more
