Terrible ! I had my car towed by AAA to the Fauntleroy Midas for a new starter motor. When I picked it up the car door was bent. The "manager" mike claimed it must have been the tow truck driver but the only time it was out of my sight was when Midas had it. When all was said and done the bill was $518.00 ... 100.00 more than the QA Midas estimate... Cash or Credit only [ No checks ] Funny, they don't trust me but I trusted them with my car , and Lost ! No, I would never recommend the West Seattle Midas
Had an odd noise that could not be indentified inside the car. Jamie at the Midas in in Overland figured out what others could not. Gurgling sound in heater core. Car needed more coolant and to be burped properly. 20 minutes later a persistant problem that was unidentified for months was solved. Thanks Midas in Overland
Susan and Wes were very helpful and professional. They provided me with clear information and I was able to make a tough decision. I decided not to repair the present car I own - too much needing repairs. Instead I will trade for a different vehicle soon. Midas did not make much money off me this time, but earned my confidence from "doing the right thing" and helping make a tough decision.
I appreciated them getting me in and out during my 1/2 hour lunch break for an oil change.
Replaced battery at the end of the day, getting me back on the road that night!
Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Took very good care of me and my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
My experience at this location was fast and convenient. There's nothing better to get in and out as soon as possible!
The hours are great as well as the customer service. The eviroment is clean and my vehicle rides great.
The mechanic that worked on my car was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and worked on my car in a timely manner. All the employees were also very professional and courteous. Could have taken me for a big $ diagnostic but free advise to check the gas cap and drove for 20-30 miles...talk came of it. Great Customer service!
