Thank you Midas for diagnosing my road noise as just my two tires that had recently been rotated. I had no idea. A shop down the road C------s had said I needed ball joints and a tie rod for over $820 and I got two new tires for $230 and my noise is gone. Kudos. Mr. Happy Bill S.

Great service, I have been using them for years. PS spoke with Jamie (Mgr.) about this Stacy Lee person. She has never even been to the shop. She has a personal beef with the owner

Took my vehicle there for an oil change and was also hearing a noise. They gave me a estimate on wait time that was right on. Once in only took a short time to figure out the noise was my wheel bearing and the price was great. I was also very pleased with the amount of time needed to fix it. I will be back to this shop for all my car needs.

Went in to repair shop for brakes/oil change, came out with a vehicle that I can't even drive anymore due to a "coincidental" damage to my wheels. I've called in to their customer service line 5 TIMES to get response from regional management about an issue & have received NO phone call. Then I received a call from the branch manager who said he would keep deleting any request I have to be contacted, said corporate would do nothing, then he hung up in my face. very pleased – i brought my car in for an oil change one morning before work hoping to get in and out,the person who was doin my oil change brought me out to show me my serpentine belt,he pointed out how bad it was( about to snap off) i told him i wanted it fixed but was pressed for time. He then said no problem that he could have me done and still be on time for work,sure enough he fixed it at a very resonable price and had me back on the road with enough time to make it to work...Theses guy's are the best!

Pleasantly Surprise – I called this Midas at 314-429-3020 for a price on a alternator for by Sebring and they were $124.00 less then the competitor up the street. I was there for about 1 1/2 hours and was gone. Not bad Mike

My daughter had our 02 grand caravan at this Midas for an overheating problem that caused my daughter to be stuck away from family and home. She stopped in for service on the overheating problem and the Mgr. (Mike) spoke with Michelle and called me to let me know the situation. It seems the coolant flush done by another repair facility earlier that same day had not had all the air taken out of the coolant system and that bubble of air was causing an overheating problem. Worst customer service ever! – I wanted an estimate to fix my car. They forgot I was waiting and just left me there sitting for 30 minutes. At the end the person who I talked to told me "this had happened because it was a very busy day" (actually he was just sitting in the work shop talking and laughing with his coworkers. They did not even apologize and I just left. Waste of time.
