this is a 100% true experience!!! i got a flat tire at SA gas station across the street to midas. i drove to midas and met Kevin. Kevin overcharged me for a tire! He was super pushy! He kept putting down every shop slandering them including saying that tires plus, firestone, and fleet farm dont correctly install and seal tires. He just wanted to take as much money as possible from me. he showed me a bill of 195$ for 1 tire and then charged my card for 224$$. i called and complained.. kevins manager said he would give me a re... read more
Don't go here. They will overcharge you and try to get you to pay for things that aren't broken...and I'm not convinced that they don't go in and break things. Had my breaks done there, 3 weeks later my brakes lock up on me. Took my truck to a different shop and they said a caliper bolt was MISSING! Don't trust these people.
Do not go to this Midas unless you want to be ripped off Needed to get a simple alignment done. They quoted for $69.99 for an alignment over the phone. I specifically made sure that they were aware that I was bringing in a jeep and will be using a coupon. Once I arrive to the store, we do the paperwork and the manager tells me that it will be $79.99 for the alignment. I tell the manager that someone from the shop previously quoted me for a price of $69.99 just an hr ago. I am fine with the price at this point because I have ... read more
