Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, management, and experience. I took my vehicle to Midas for an oil change (due to a promotion they were having) & state inspection. When I got there, I was told my vehicle (a jeep) didn’t qualify for the oil change promotion because it took “extra quarts of oil than most vehicles”. Furthermore, my inspection failed for the front brake pads/rotors. I was told to bring it back within 10 days and they’ll re-inspect it for free. Tiires had warrenty to get out of giiving me another tiire they blame it on my suspicion so they dont honer warrrrenty
I have been to Midas a few times for service. I understand that using Midas I am going to pay a little more, and the will try and get you to spend extra, but I have never felt ripped off. So I when my daughter had concerning car issues I was not concerned when she said she was taking it to this location. Then my daughter got charged $1,100 for an oil change, diagnostics and a spark plug change.
