I have been to Midas a few times for service. I understand that using Midas I am going to pay a little more, and the will try and get you to spend extra, but I have never felt ripped off. So I when my daughter had concerning car issues I was not concerned when she said she was taking it to this location. Then my daughter got charged $1,100 for an oil change, diagnostics and a spark plug change. Guys are friendly. Work was done. Price was right. Gone there 3 times now.
I made an appointment and brought my truck in to the Bristol CT Midas for a oil change and tire patch. I was told that the work would take about 45 minutes which I was completely okay with waiting for. However 3 hours and 30 minutes later I was still waiting on the work to be done. I was waiting for the vehicle in the waiting room the entire duration. Workers were seen sitting at back tables in the shop on their phones instead of working on the vehicle. I’d give no stars. Should have done my homework before going in. Horrible horrible customer service. So horrible I’ll never in my lifetime visit another Midas. Very unprofessional inconsiderate bunch of asses.
Something negative has happened. There's a completely different crew since my last review. I didn't get the same satisfaction as I did the previous crew. I don't know who but someone there doesn't know what they are doing. I have moved on to a different shop now.

this is a 100% true experience!!! i got a flat tire at SA gas station across the street to midas. i drove to midas and met Kevin. Kevin overcharged me for a tire! He was super pushy! He kept putting down every shop slandering them including saying that tires plus, firestone, and fleet farm dont correctly install and seal tires. He just wanted to take as much money as possible from me. he showed me a bill of 195$ for 1 tire and then charged my card for 224$$. i called and complained.. kevins manager said he would give me a re... read more
I've been going to this Midas shop for years. The techs always take me out to my car and explain what's wrong with it and what it'll take to fix it. I've had to fix a lot on this car:( I've never had a problem with anything they've done. The female owner even gives me a ride to work while my car is being serviced. I would recommend them to anyone.
Came there for oil change. They lied and said things were broken that were not. Charged $350. They are Dishonest and untrustworthy, Ripoff
