I made an appointment and brought my truck in to the Bristol CT Midas for a oil change and tire patch. I was told that the work would take about 45 minutes which I was completely okay with waiting for. However 3 hours and 30 minutes later I was still waiting on the work to be done. I was waiting for the vehicle in the waiting room the entire duration. Workers were seen sitting at back tables in the shop on their phones instead of working on the vehicle.
