Visited on 07/14/2026 for my Nissan Rogue Heating Issue and met Isiah and my problem was solved to my satisfaction. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, management, and experience. I took my vehicle to Midas for an oil change (due to a promotion they were having) & state inspection. When I got there, I was told my vehicle (a jeep) didn’t qualify for the oil change promotion because it took “extra quarts of oil than most vehicles”. Furthermore, my inspection failed for the front brake pads/rotors. I was told to bring it back within 10 days and they’ll re-inspect it for free.
