This is the second time I have brought my vehicle to Midas to have some work done on it. We called ahead to schedule a diagnostic, as my car was making a weird noise, but did not have a service engine light on or anything. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day, ran the dx, called me with the issue and two different ways to fix it with two different price estimates. This started at the Midas in Olathe. We brought our car in for an oil leak, brakes and overall inspection in August. When we got it back the oil was still leaking, breaks squeaked, and parts were missing and some held together with zip ties and duct tape. We brought it back two more times. We then brought it to the Overland Park store. One time, they broke our windshield.
