I paid a mobile mechanic to come replace my brake pads and rotors this morning. He had a hard time getting one of the wheels off so I took it to Midas for an oil change and tire rotation. Specifically told them my situation beforehand and they assured me they had rotated the tires no problem. My mobile mechanic had marked the tire beforehand but I had no reason to question Midas and paid to have him come back only to find out the tire was never removed. Now questioning if they even did an oil change.
RecommendedWonderful service! I came in right off the street because a lady behind me said my break lights were out. I panicked and pulled into the first place I saw. They helped me right away. No up-sell, fair price, very nice! So grateful they were there for me. Highly recommend!!!
