Charged my account twice, can’t even talk to a real person, never had a good experience over the 19 years of my life nor heard anything good about midamerican, I can see why, worst phone robot I’ve ever dealt with. You haven’t received our payment and then when we went to pay the office is closed. Person on the phone said you’re not getting mail from the post office. Ridiculous
One of the worst companies I've ever had to work with. Going thru a rough time? Let us put you on a budget plan but we are going to continuously move the billing date every month to confuse you so you don't pay your bill on time and get dropped from the program.... super
Im tire of their stupid ways to make us pay our bills. They have a brand new building but no space fo a kiosco to make payments. They moved from hyvee to an other store with no notice and the machine does not accept cash only card and check payments. And if u pay with card they charge u extra 2.60 dollars that is not fair. Why those stupid decitions.
