Messed up my autopay, charged me late fees, then refused to credit the late fees back to me. Completely unapologetic even after admitting it was their fault.
No call back no show up to see what the problem is. It’s obvious the house is running on one leg of power is not getting full power and this happened before and you’re supposedly fixed it but didn’t obviously didn’t so maybe we just won’t pay you next month
