Extremely poor and unacceptable experience. I arrived for my appointment only to be told it had been canceled. Staff stated they attempted to contact me one month prior, claiming my voicemail was not working, and made no further effort to reach me through any additional method. This does not meet a reasonable standard of patient communication. A single failed call with no voicemail confirmation, no follow-up call, no text, and no written notice is not adequate notification for canceling a patient’s appointment. It reflects p... read more
Had multiple removals and they do a perfect job every time! Considerate of patient comfort, knowledgeable and helpful with explaining everything I didn't understand, and always making sure that the job gets done to the best of their ability. And it doesn't stop there, the level of after care they offer is top-notch. If anything happens or you have any questions,they are right there to help. 15 out of 10 I couldn't possibly recommend them any more!
My review was always 5 stars when Dr. Kelli and Mark Brunk were here! Dr. Kelli truly cared for her patients. However, under new ownership my business will be taken elsewhere. I called a few weeks ago about getting new retainers as I had my teeth scanned within the last year. I never received a phone call back about this.
