Mid America Basement was contracted to relocate and bury 4 drain lines. The materials we saw from salesman were not the same used on site. The quality of the materials and the quality of their work was sub-standard. The work crews spoke poorly about their co-workers to us. The workers complained about not having good equipment to use. The company had to send another crew out to try to complete what the first crew started; but they cracked our sidewalk and did a very poor job of patching the sidewalk section they removed.
