First off why would you pay a company an annual fee just to hire them for there services? I called them to get a new irp reg for another entity of mine and they told me I have to get another membership online and they would start immediately after I did that. I complied, called them to let them know I had and ready to get started and was told I had 10 people in front of me and it could take anywhere from 1-3 days to confirm membership before they could start on me. God I wish they would change who does the DOT physicals! MOHA is horrific, you'll wait hours just to take a drug test. They used to allow a place on South Grand, in/out in 15 minutes.
I sent them 375$-ish and they sent me a mouse pad and a calander and told me thye were too busy because it was irp renewal season and another gal explained to me that thier are company's with more trucks than me.. soo never again... don't waste your money if you are a small timer

If you are a truck driver, independent owner operator especially, get a membership here. The services provided are invaluable to your success. Anything regulatory, paperwork, fuel taxes, licensing, they take care of it all for a small fee and it’s worth every penny to keep you moving. Even if you just have a question they are very helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and, being located right in Springfield, they hand deliver paperwork to the state when necessary.
