The staff were so needlessly rude and unhelpful to my 85 yr old mother that she gave up snd left before being seen. They gave her an iPad to fill out a bunch of paperwork on, she was struggling to use it, they knew, she was the only person in the waiting room, they were not working, they were chatting and laughing with each other, but didn't help her, just waited till she gave up and left defeated and angry and embarrassed and still needing a doctor. Why treat your patients like that????
Great for screwing up custom orthotics and taking copay when THEY screwed up. Rude office help. Go elsewhere if you can.
This doctor did surgery on me and then did not have an after hours doctor for me to talk to or who could prescribe medicine. They let me talk to a nice switchboard operator, who also was not a doctor. Ultimately I won't sleep tonight or will have to go to Urgent Care or the ER because I'm in too much post operative pain. It falls below the standard of care in medicine to not have an on-call doc. I tried calling from 7 to 9pm.
