I am currently battling with this company. All the snow and ice melting and freezing up the units is the TRUTH! Had that issue with winter last year. Our first one. Had my husband slipped and fell, there would have been a lawsuit. The company didn't relay to their customers that the mailing address changed where to send payment, so decided to threaten us with their automated emails that were nothing but LIES.
