Upon a delivery to one of the employees, the secretary who signed for the flowers took it upon herself and decided that she did not like the arrangement and proceeded to call the shop. She became very nasty right away and complained about the the flowers being dead! Not only did she complain about the flowers but the design that was chosen! She than threatened to never use the shop and she was going to tell everyone she knew not to buy here.
