We had an excellent experience with Mid-west Glass!! If you're looking for someone to get the job done right, give them a call! We had a little hiccup in the beginning but no big deal! I've dealt with a lot of glass companies in town because I am a manager for a local company. I've never had it this easy or dealt with a friendlier bunch! Thanks again, Theresa
Terrible communication. When transferred to the office manager, she sounded less than enthused to even speak to me. She didn't know where I was calling from or what I was inquiring about and immediately had a tone change when I introduced myself. I just had a few questions about where your team services and some pricing if available. Wouldn't recommend.
