I had my car towed to this location last week. I called prior to picking it up to ask the price. The gentleman told me it would be $300. I asked if I could use a card and he said "OH sure, but it's going to be a $17.50 processing fee!" I opted out of that! I get there to pick up my car, with a single 100 bill and the rest were $20's . The girl told me "That'll be $299" so I gave her my money. We sat there looking at each other for what seemed like an eternity and she says "I don't have the dollar to give you back!" These people are entitled, illegally towing a pregnant woman’s vehicle to make money is crazy. Also, they only allowed her to walk inside the lot to get her vehicle in the pouring rain, mind you she’s 7 months pregnant. TDLR is aware of this storage facility.

Guy behind the counter is so rude. Already bad enough having to pay $380 for fees. Then having to deal with this guy talking to you like you’re trash.
