In and super fast
Really good shop to go to very fair on Pricing very hard-working individuals and very knowledgeable They are willing to stay until it is fully fixed. I would highly recommends this shop
Not professional
I was having a problem with my 2016 F-150. It would vibrate every 8-10 seconds at any speed. It was quite annoying. I read-up on the multiple reasons why this could be happening. I took it down to Richard and the guys down at MVTR. They immediately suspected the cause, but ran diagnostic tests just to make sure. Long story short, I was back on the road in no time, and the vibration was gone. I appreciate their knowledge, their sincerity, their reasonable pricing, and I’ll be back!
Buyer beware!!! They did not figure out the diagnostic as I told them what was wrong when they couldn’t see it. I was still charged $300 for a job that took 20 minutes. They don’t have a labor hour posted in the shop. I was charged a so called $150 for labor and $150 for diagnostic. Even though they couldn’t provide the diagnostic they didn’t have a clue.
