Austin, the owner, was very professional, listened to what I wanted and made it happen. His crew was polite and very careful of landscaping and exterior features of our home. They made sure to clean up each day and were excellent painters. We are extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend Mid-Valley Paint and Property Services. A+ outfit.
Austin and the team did a great job on our HOA complex in Homestead (Edwards, CO). Their quote was great and they offered a warranty which they came back and honored after our aged wood didn’t hold paint. They are true to their word and their quote, I would absolutely recommend these guys and we will use them again when we need our next paint job.
Austin and his team have been our go-to over the last couple years with maintenance on our rental property! His team painted our garage, stained the deck, has done touch-ups, etc., all in a very timely and high-quality manner. When Lowe's was not able to install two upstairs windows that we purchased from them due to staffing issues, Austin stepped in to save the day. I experienced some quality and completeness issues with the work done by Mid Valley (issues that were fully acknowledged by the team foreman BTW). By themselves these issues might have been an afterthought with little or no impact on my rating had they been dealt with professionally. However, when I raised the issues, Austin responded instantly with shouts, intimidation, demands for immediate payment and threats of immediate liens. Austin and his crew were great to work with! They were open with communication, on time, friendly, professional. I recommend if you need almost anything done to your home give them a call and they will get it done and you'll love it!
