A very dishonest place to deal with. I had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. They had in fact charged me for 4 rooms for 3 nights. It took over an hour of negotiations to get my refund. Interesting that there was also another gentleman at reception at same time attempting to rectify a booking mistake. I would never deal with these people again
reception lady was lovely, 10/10 the 5 pillows was a great amount and the two coat hangers. Felt right at home in the industrial estate. Would have been great to have our beds made in the morning but other than that it was great.

Yes the room was tired, however, very clean, and Cindy the Host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. And, my phone charger that I’d left behind was returned. Many thanks, Cindy.
