Super friendly and helpful! Great pricing! Got my cart the same day I purchased it.
Our winery has purchased 2 golf carts from Salem Golf Car. Though we had some issues with the machines (most of which were our fault due to user error and abusive terrain) Cherylin and the service department have been very helpful and above and beyond on getting the repairs under warranty. Great customer support with these machines is crucial, and Salem Golf Car has been a benchmark for us.
I’m going to give an honest review of my companies experience over the 5 years I have used them. I say this so that management helps the staff, or possibly helps themselves with quality control. We order parts, we get our carts serviced etc. we are all 100% positive most of the time we pay to have all the repairs made on our carts and they send them back with nothing done other than cleaning them. I came there as they were just opening i told them what I was interested in and i would be back after my errands. When came back the guy i spoke to was gone BUT he had relayed my order to the entire staff and even their mechanic. They even had a cart like mine upfront with all my accessories on it and Brad Chris and Jeff showed me how it went together. Great service. Thanks guys. Mickey
Beware! I purchased a used EZ go cart and paid to much but I needed it for a contract project. Salem Cars said they would put a good set of batteries in it, Ha, lol.. after about 8 months and yes out of my 6 months warranty the voltage regulator burnt up. I went back to them and they said I was out of warranty, funny every time I talked to her she was reminding me that I was out of warranty.
