Absolutely the worst company you could choose to do your install. They installed windows in out new home construction and stated they had a lifetime guarantee. The double panes have developed a mold between the panes and Mid Valley has done nothing to fix it although they claimed they were going to . Please dont use them, they are a fraud
We used Mid-Valley Glass for a remodel of our home. We purchased several fiber glass doors and were NOT told that they would have black industrial tape that was on the front and back of the glass. We called and told them that the tape could not be removed. The salesman said every painter knew how to remove the tape. That is a LIE our painters NEVER delt with tape on glass doors before.
