I've been a patient of Dr. Morse's since 2015. He initially diagnosed me with IBS-D despite how I presented with non-IBS symptoms. He was sure of his diagnosis and was more focused on me seeing a dietician than doing further testing. I tried an elimination diet, stopped eating gluten and dairy, tried various diets like low FODMAP, leaky gut, etc. and kept a food journal but none of my symptoms improved. This facility has been extremely neglectful with my care. I called and messaged in the portal (multiple times) over the past 3 months, and my doctor has still not responded. My condition has been worsening, which I informed him about within my correspondence, and still nothing. I received a survey one week after my colonoscopy. Then I received a bill from the lab that did my biopsy 4 weeks later. It has been 5 weeks since my colonoscopy and I have not been given my biopsy results. I called their office twice to request my results. The first time I was told someone would call me the next day. I waited all day with no call from them. I called the day after that and was told the doctor was out of the office that week.
