This facility has been extremely neglectful with my care. I called and messaged in the portal (multiple times) over the past 3 months, and my doctor has still not responded. My condition has been worsening, which I informed him about within my correspondence, and still nothing. Everyone on Dr. Schwartz team was so nice! I was nervous for a colonoscopy; first time with anesthesia, but I can say my experience was awesome! They all knew how to make me comfortable. Thanks guys!
I received a survey one week after my colonoscopy. Then I received a bill from the lab that did my biopsy 4 weeks later. It has been 5 weeks since my colonoscopy and I have not been given my biopsy results. I called their office twice to request my results. The first time I was told someone would call me the next day. I waited all day with no call from them. I called the day after that and was told the doctor was out of the office that week.
