I've been a patient of Dr. Morse's since 2015. He initially diagnosed me with IBS-D despite how I presented with non-IBS symptoms. He was sure of his diagnosis and was more focused on me seeing a dietician than doing further testing. This facility has been extremely neglectful with my care. I called and messaged in the portal (multiple times) over the past 3 months, and my doctor has still not responded. My condition has been worsening, which I informed him about within my correspondence, and still nothing. I called to talk with the medical director of the facility, who was unavailable at that precise moment. However, I was promised they would call me back either same day or next day.
