I appreciate Dr. Robertson in all totality. He's also a good teacher to his MAs. He saved me a few visits to a dermatologist appt by nipping things in the butt from other things other than what I went in there for was a deviated septum.
Truly horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Expect to wait exponential time to be seen. I would transfer my care if there was another allergist office in town.
Had spots in mouth that needed to be checked.The doctor checked my throat.And was going to be done.I had to remind the doctor about my white spots in my mouth needed to be checked.He looked at them real quick.It took 1 minute.His male assistant or nurse was not friendly.You talk to him he only listens half way.I will not go back to The ent in newport.They need friendly staff.And friendly caring doctors.Not doctors that just want to get done real quick. Had nose polyps removed, airway opened and septum straightened, and sinuses opened by these guys. Everything went well
I come to Mid-Valley ENT for my weekly allergy shots and the staff get me in for my shots super quick. Aside from being expedient, everyone is super kind, professional and overall just wonderful folks to be around. I really appreciate and recommend this office.
