GET A SECOND OPINION. I called Mid-Valley to come out and clean my chimney. Upon their arrival they examined my chimney and told me that it was too built up with creosote for them to take a chance on cleaning, they would not be held liable if they couldn't remove all of the creosote and we had a chimney fire.
