On 6/2, we had wind and hail damage to our roof and guttering. we contacted Mid USA on 6/4. The inspection was done on 6/5. The new roof and guttering was completed on 6/15. A big shout out to our agent Kim for a job well done.
Kim has been my agent for the past 4 years, and I have to tell you she and her staff (Jessica) are the best. They always inform me about what is going on with my policy and are always on top of everything. If you are looking for an insurance company that cares about you and are comparatively lower than others, give Kim a call. You won't be disappointed.

5 star I've done business with Mid USA Insurance for probably 20 years and I have never had a problem, they have always been cordial always helpful. I was in the business for over 40 years and learned you can't please everybody all the time no matter how hard you try. You can't stay in business as long as Mid USA Insurance has, if this was a constant thing of people being unhappy and displeased. One very HAPPY Customer Don Braun .
