I dealt with David (sales) and Paul (manager), and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication from David was consistently poor, and when we were passed on to Paul, things only got worse. His attitude over the phone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I got my CX30 repaired here in less than a week. Great customer service and Mike was a huge help.
I bought a 2018 jeep compass from them in 2024. As a new driver I was excited and wanted a car asap. The dealership took advantage of it. The car itself I love but the add ons and interest rate was as almost the price of the car itself. The back door wouldn’t lock by the fob nor lock itself.
