Been trying to contact them from a week about a listing of cadillac no response at all, called 3 times again today not a single response or any automated message. What a worst management !
Avoid buying a used car from this dealership. They sold me a car with a failed transmission and engine, and refused to take it back when I returned within the same week. I’m still fighting to recover my money through Small Claims Court. Stay away from this dealership if you value honesty and integrity.
im happy i got my first car and everything was great until i left with my car and now i have been waiting months to hear back from the dealer with my 2nd key i have emailed and phones with no responses back so i feel like that they just want to make a quick sale because communication was great until i left with the car after that they have not responded to me at all!!!! very unprofessional... hope this sparks a fire under them because i have sent so many emails to the manager and also the sales rep i dealt with....
In April, I purchased an almost-new Silverado 2500. The sales process went smoothly until I paid for the vehicle in full and the salesperson began looking for the second key fob. After at least a 30-minute wait, the manager told me they would locate the spare key and mail it to me. Over the next two months, they repeatedly gave me excuses over the phone, saying they were still looking for the key or that a manager would call me back. Eventually, they stopped answering calls from my number.
