I own a gun shop in PA and we had an issue with a customer FFL Transfer at Mid-Tenn Pawn & Loan that we needed their help with and they went above and beyond helping me out with getting it straightened out. This level of customer service is rare these days because they did not need to help me out but they were great! Thank you!
First time here and they closed at 11.30 was very disappointed
the employee today was not very helpful and was pretty rude to one of its customers says he needs to come all the way back in to make a payment for something that was the employees fault that didn't happen wish ownership would b more helpful with things like this!
